We offer three types of accommodation :

A. Rooms in the main house

B. The House for Guest (Les Manguiers)

C. The Bungalows

 

A. Rooms in the main house

Three rooms with view on the river are available in our main house: one simple, one double and one family type*. There are two common bathrooms. The two big rooms have an individual terrace.

B. The House for Guest (Les Manguiers)

It is a traditional wooden house on pillars of 10 by 12 meters with three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 family type*) and a big common salon with view on the river. Each room comes with its own bathroom and terrace with view on the rice fields. You can rent a room or the whole house.

C. The Bungalows

These are also traditional houses on pillars, each with a spacious room, an individual bathroom and a terrace with view on the river. The free space under the house is very convenient to lay on a hammock. We have one honeymoon bungalow (1 double bed) and three family type*.

Any group up to 20 persons is welcome; meeting place can be arranged free of charge, group excursion can also be organised

B. Food of all kinds :

For our guest we prepare a large variety of meals composed of 3 to 5 different dishes to share between the table companions. These meals (preferably order in the morning) can be seafood, vegetarian, Cambodian, western or a mixture. They can be served on one of our terraces or ‘paillotes’ on the river. We serve a French style breakfast with home made jam, you will enjoy with no limit.

C. Enjoy the river!! Swimming, canoeing, boat trip...

You can swim in the river totally safely (no diseases); so just dive from our paillotes or take one of our canoes (free of charge for our guests). We also organize a special boat trip, the ‘green cathedral’ one! This trip, around 1h30, goes upstream on the main river then does a whole circle on a smaller one with luxuriant vegetation.

D. Internet access, books, games, rental of vehicules, taxi...

We have internet access, and our guests can borrow books and enjoy various games, table tennis, slide, swing, wooden hut for kids and our stone car unique in Cambodia.

We rent or arrange rental of minibus, cars, motorcycle, bicycle as well as taxi service for local trips or to Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville...

E. Organization of visits, various information:

For our guests we have detailed maps of the area as well as up to date information which will allow you to choose between the numerous possibilities of visits, small treks or activities around Kampot such as: excursions to Bokor, visit of Kep and Rabbit Island, caves, trek to little known waterfall, pagoda, plantation...

We can also get you in touch with local people who will be happy to show you their activities such as: Village development committee, fishermen, basket or cake makers, Khmer dance practice...
